These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nourish: AI Food Scanner app ("the App") and website at eatwithnourish.com, operated by Inner Thoughts LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Nourish, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Nourish. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
Account Registration
To use Nourish, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@eatwithnourish.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
Nourish offers the following subscription plans:
Monthly plan: $6.99/month
Annual plan: $59.99/year
All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
All billing is processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
Acceptable Use
By using Nourish, you agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the App
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our systems

Nourish is a food tracking and nutritional information tool and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The nutritional data provided by Nourish is generated by AI and is an estimate only — accuracy may vary.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information provided by Nourish.
AI-Generated Content
Nourish uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and generate nutritional estimates. These estimates are approximations and may not be 100% accurate for all foods, portion sizes, or meal combinations. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of nutritional data provided by the App.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Nourish app and website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Inner Thoughts LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Third Party Services
Nourish integrates with the following third-party services: OpenAI, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Firebase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or to Nourish.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@eatwithnourish.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Thoughts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Nourish is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of Nourish after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
